From the Vicarage in Leek Wootton, I run YouTree as a hobby which provides a service to people locally. There are no ‘office hours’, I’ll work for you when there is space in the ‘real’ job. Even a vicar is allowed time off occasionally – especially when the role at Leek Wootton is only part-time!
Initially, it started as a service offering Family History research (hence the name) after doing a lot of work on my own family tree, but this later expanded to offering printing services too. The printing then became the main work – which is great – but I’m still happy to do the genealogy stuff as I love a challenge and the chance to help people discover more about who they are.
